REFECTOCIL Oxidant Liquid 3% activator, based on stabilized hydrogen peroxide, is specially designed to activate RefectoCil Classic Colours eyelash and eyebrow tints. The liquid formula mixes easily with the tint and helps achieve an intense, radiant and even colour result. Suitable for use in the sensitive eye area. Dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested. RefectoCil Blonde eyelash and eyebrow tint must be used only with the creamy Oxidant 3% activator.
