The 9.9% pure urea in the formula binds moisture and softens dry, rough, and flaky skin. Ceramide NP and panthenol reinforce the weakened protective barrier and reduce moisture loss. Teca Liposome soothes irritation and redness caused by environmental stressors and restores comfort to dry skin. Ideal for use on elbows, knees, heels, hands, and cuticles that need care due to dryness caused by a dry climate, frequent hand washing, or environmental factors.
