BE MORE Chia Seeds are small (only 2mm energy bombs) which are loaded with nutrients. Chia (Salvia hispanica) comes from South America, where it was already grown in prehistoric times. The Aztecs in Mexico appreciated the plant even so much that annual festivals were dedicated to it. Chia seeds contain 64% of omega-3 and 19% of omega-6 fatty acids, they also contain high amounts of antioxidants, fibres, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, iron, and boron. Chia seeds are also full of fibres which help to lose weight if needed; they keep the stomach full and help with digestion. Chia seeds have a deliciously mild and light nutty flavour. NB! This product does not replace the versatile and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
